Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use Tenurr.

The service

Tenurr is a career platform for interview preparation, job tracking, work logging, and related tools. Features may change over time. Beta or upcoming features are provided without guarantee.

Your account

• Keep your registration information accurate.
• Protect your password and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

• You own the content you create.
• You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to run the service.
• You may export your data from account settings.
• Voluntary feedback may be used in marketing with your permission or in anonymized form.

Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; their terms also apply.
• Credits are used for premium features and have no cash value.
• Refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or for billing errors — contact us within 14 days.
• Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues through the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, upload confidential employer data in breach of your obligations, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party integrations

Optional integrations (such as sign-in providers or cloud storage) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimers

Tenurr is provided "as is." AI feedback, interview scores, and career tools do not guarantee job offers, promotions, or employment outcomes. We do not provide legal, HR, or career counseling advice. You are responsible for complying with employer confidentiality policies.

Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (such as liability limits) will remain in effect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenurr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified when feasible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
