1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tenurr (available at tenurr.com and app.tenurr.com). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To utilize the workplace features, you must create a secure account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details during signup.
• Maintain the security of your authentication tokens and password.
• Promptly notify us at support@tenurr.com if you detect unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. 100% User Data Ownership

We believe in absolute developer ownership over career histories:

• Your Content: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all daily work logs, objectives, brag document configurations, and technical records you input.
• Google Drive Sync: Document uploads are stored inside your own Google Drive. Tenurr acts as a secure connector. You retain full custody of your uploaded files even if you stop using our service.
• No Proprietary Lock-in: You are free to export all logs, data matrices, and tags in JSON or CSV formats at any time.

4. Subscription Billing, Payments, and Credits

Tenurr offers Free Starter plans, Lifetime Pro upgrades, and credit replenishments:

• Pricing and Tiers: Pricing for our Starter, Pro, and Elite tiers is clearly stated on the pricing page and is adjusted dynamically by region and billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).
• Payment Processor: All financial transactions, billing details, recurring billing plans, and checkouts are managed securely through our authorized merchant partner, Dodo Payments.
• AI Credits: AI performance audits and summary builders consume AI Credits. Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan, or purchased as one-off credit boosters. Credits do not carry monetary value and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to abuse the system. Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated scripts, scraping mechanisms, or crawlers to harvest user information or system assets.
• Uploading malicious payloads, virus scripts, or executing database injections.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer Tenurr's database schemas, encryption algorithms, or proprietary server codes.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal actions while utilizing Tenurr.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You can close your account at any time through the profile settings interface or by emailing support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Tenurr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain high availability and keep your data secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In no event shall Tenurr be liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active users of significant updates via email or dashboard banners. Continued use of our workplace tool following such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
