How we protect your data

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard security practices. Sensitive content may be encrypted before storage. You own the career data you create and can export it from your account settings.

Connected accounts & storage

If you connect Google Sign-In or cloud document storage, we only access what is needed to provide those features. Files you store in your own cloud account remain under your control.

AI features

When you use AI features, your inputs are processed to generate your results. AI output is for your personal career use only and is not shared with other users. AI feedback is informational — not legal, HR, or employment advice.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Tenurr (such as hosting, payments, and email), when you explicitly share through features like referrals, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where law requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, or withdraw analytics consent via cookie settings. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Tenurr is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
