1. Information We Collect

We collect data that helps establish your engineering contribution history and manages your workplace setup:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, avatar, and authentication details when you register through Supabase Auth (e.g. email/password or Google Login).
• Daily Contribution Logs: The technical logs, tags, and timestamps you submit to record your daily tasks, achievements, and work history.
• Workplace Settings: Your configurations, custom templates, categories, and objective goals defined within the application.

2. Google Drive Data Custody

Tenurr integrates with Google Drive to store sensitive technical documents (such as offer letters, appraisal sheets, and contracts):

• Scoped Permission: Tenurr only requests permission to read, write, and manage specific files that are created or uploaded by our application. We do not inspect or modify other documents in your Drive.
• Private Directory: Files are synced directly to a dedicated Tenurr Documents folder in your own Google Drive.
• Full Ownership: You retain 100% custody over your documents. Even if you choose to terminate your Tenurr account, your files remain safely stored in your own Google Drive.

3. AI Evaluation & Auditing

When you trigger AI-powered Performance Audits or generate Brag Documents, your submitted logs and milestone details are evaluated using secure Large Language Model APIs:

• No Model Training: Data sent to our LLM API partners is used solely to generate your audits and is not saved or used to train third-party machine learning models.
• Confidentiality: Your work log contents are treated as highly confidential and are never shared publicly or exposed to other users.

4. Data Sharing and Portability

• No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or lease your professional data, personal info, or engineering histories to recruiters, advertisers, or third parties.
• Complete Portability: You can export your entire technical log ledger and tag analytics in standard JSON and CSV formats at any time from your account settings.
• Payment Processing: Payment information is handled directly and securely by our billing gateway, Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card or payment details on our servers.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard database encryption, HTTPS transport layers, and secure access tokens through Supabase SSR. While we work diligently to secure your professional memories, please protect your credentials and log out of shared devices.
